ORDER PROCESS For on-farm deliveries, order must clearly show two GPS Google Map references for the delivery address. These will be replicated onto White Cotton spread sheet.2 Confirmed orders entered onto White Cotton master spreadsheet - communicated with transportation company. Transportation company to discuss directly with White Cotton modifications to delivery schedules based on logistic co-ordination. ON-FARM 12 PALLET MINIMUM PER DELIVERY Property must be accessible by ShenFei/White Cotton nominated B Double transport Property must have adequate mechanical lifting devices to unload pallets from the truck. Customers or their appointed representatives must unload the truck and sign Proof of Delivery Docket (POD). Any damages or defects relating to freight must be recorded at this time and reported to WhiteCotton within three working days. Additional Freight charges will be applied if the customer is unable to unload due to customer actions. Required information is minimum two GPS locations from Google Maps of the delivery address. UHF/CB radio channels are also advisable. The more information the better. The customer MUST have a forklift and licensed operator at the time of delivery.
